When the shortlist is ready, we organise a seamless viewing trip to Mallorca, including accompanied viewings, time for second visits, and any additional meetings with legal or financial advisors. Every moment is intentional, giving you the space to make informed, confident decisions.

We offer full after-sales support, from setting up utilities and internet to organising rental strategies, sourcing property managers, and recommending housekeepers, gardeners, and pool care teams.
Our property search fee is typically covered through a share of the seller’s estate agent commission — meaning no added cost to you.
